Services provided on this project include project management, project phasing, drainage & drainage infrastructure design review, pavement design review, coordination of utility location and or relocation, probable cost for construction and total project cost estimates, and development of bidding documents, contractor qualification and selection, review of construction drawings and technical specifications, administration of the construction contract as the owner’s representative, and construction management of the improvements.

This project received the “Best Use of Public Space Award’’ from Downtown Colorado at the Governor’s Awards for Downtown Excellence. The award recognizes outstanding projects in Colorado that demonstrate creativity in the face of challenges and which further downtown initiatives.
