General Professional Engineering Services for Street Reconstruction, Drainage System Improvements, Utility System Improvements

We have provided on-call engineering and construction management services for the town of Superior since 2011. J&T manages the town’s annual street improvement projects.
The projects include repairing degraded roadway paving and concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, medians, trails, storm sewers and drainage systems. We have also designed parking lots and a water quality pond and outlet structure as part of this work.
J&T provides capital project planning and prioritization, individual design and construction project management, project phasing, drainage design, pavement design, and surveying. We also coordinate with town staff and residents affected by the construction and with utility owners on accommodating or relocating utilities. As the City’s representative, J&T administers the construction contract and manages the construction of the improvements.
